About Us

ILIOS Aerospace is an emerging aerospace startup based in Wichita, Kansas, focused on developing a Light Sport Aircraft under the FAA's new Part 22 MOSAIC Rule.

Mission

Our mission is to design, manufacture, and deliver the next generation of Light Sport Aircraft that sets the new industry standard for affordability, performance, and sustainability under the FAA's modern MOSAIC regulations.

Vision

Our vision is a future where the joy and utility of personal flight are widely accessible and sustainable, powered by the innovative, reliable aircraft produced by ILIOS Aerospace, and to continue the legacy of aerospace innovation in Wichita, Kansas.

Chief Executive Officer

Pedro Cupertino

He leads system integration and aircraft design initiatives. He is also a Research Associate at the National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR) and a CAD/CAM Instructor. Pedro specializes in Model-Based Systems Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and digital manufacturing. His work bridges academic training with hands-on aerospace innovation.
